Who operates the website

This website is operated by Erick Gustavo Flores Barrios, based in Guatemala City, Guatemala. Contact eflores@effsonal.com with questions about these terms.

These terms cover the informational website and updates list. They do not govern a future Effsonal operating product.

Development and future access

Effsonal is in development. Descriptions and illustrations of AI, connected context, routines, projects and ventures express intended experiences. They do not promise that these capabilities are currently available.

An updates subscription does not create a product account, provide immediate access, guarantee an invitation, reserve a price or establish a delivery date. You can unsubscribe through the link in our emails.

Before offering a product account or paid service, we will provide the applicable terms and privacy information. This website does not currently offer purchases.

Appropriate use

You may view the website, share links to it and subscribe with an email address you control or are authorized to use. Do not subscribe someone without permission, impersonate someone, send spam, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access.

Content and illustrations

Effsonal’s original website text, visual design and branding belong to the operator or are used with permission, unless otherwise identified. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link, subject to applicable law. These terms do not remove rights the law gives you.

Illustrative situations are examples of intended use, not customer testimonials or verified results. The site does not promise outcomes or make decisions for you. General content is not personalized medical, financial or legal advice.

Privacy and other services

Our Privacy Policy explains website and email-update data practices. Subscription is not blanket permission for unrelated uses of your information.

The updates form uses MailerLite. Third-party services and external websites have their own applicable terms and privacy practices; we do not control their content.

Availability, rights and changes

Development plans and website content may change. The website may be interrupted or unavailable; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free information. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We will show the updated date when these terms change and provide notice where required. A materially different product or paid service will have its own terms. A website update alone does not constitute your agreement to future product terms.
